About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior System Verification Engineer to join the Boston Scientific Neuromodulation R&D team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our neuromodulation systems through rigorous verification processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to verify features and system functionality against design requirements. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of comprehensive system level verification strategies, while collaborating with stakeholders to define design requirements and test methodologies.
This is a Hybrid role, located in Heredia and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to detailed analysis and documentation of processes with emphasis on information flow.
Work with team members to translate process analysis into a detailed model configuration.
Primary responsibility to maintain rigorous change control via the system.
Advise and assist others with their role in the change control process.
Work closely with all site and global resources to define and execute requested changes to existing configurations.
Contribute to site and global system testing activities.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years of IT experience working directly with business understanding requirements and then configure them in the software systems.

About the role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Serve as the IT point of contact for business
Help develop and execute Compliance technology roadmaps and strategy for the Product Owner. Supports Product Owner with Internal Resource Planning for Product Team (management of vendor contracts, e.g. temporary/permanent resources)
System Management and Maintenance : Ensure systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. This includes regular updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance to keep the systems running smoothly. Adhere to SLAs. Provide Product governance.
Project Management: Lead technology in compliance projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, enhancements and implementations. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing these projects to ensure they are completed on time.
Process Improvement: Continuously motivate the team to work more efficiently.
Manage multiple vendor relationships where vendors execute business critical operations
Be flexible with availability to manage system issues and coordinate with various cross functional teams
Provide leadership in IT deliverables according to Boston Scientific Global Systems Methodology; Support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks
Influence leaders and teams to deliver on plans
Provide updates to management through frequent communications.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant experience
Minimum 6 plus years of experience in IT management
English Advanced (C1 or more)
Exposure/Familiarity to SaaS solutions as well as internally developed software applications
The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to work well in a complex, highly matrixed worldwide organization and be able to simplify that matrix for reporting and analytical purposes
Proficiency in system integration, data management, and automation tools
Scrum Master certification or relevant experience, knowledge of SDLC
Strong MSOffice skills required
Prior experience as a business analyst
Attention to detail & data accuracy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and act in a consultative role
