About the role

The Senior Business Operations Associate acts as a support for all the quarterly & yearly planning activities, as well as the execution of the planned activities after budget submission, especially tracking the progress between departments following the annual “handshakes”.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proven experience managing and developing coaches or similar roles, including talent and performance management.

About the role

The Senior Business Operations Associate acts as a support for all the quarterly & yearly planning activities, as well as the execution of the planned activities after budget submission, especially tracking the progress between departments following the annual “handshakes”.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create value by ensuring clients objectives and roadmaps are aligned with FinTech BU’s objectives and roadmaps

  • Collaborate within the FinTech department and beyond to translate client feedback and needs into recommendations towards GPMs for our product roadmap to optimize our payment solution

  • Leverage payment industry knowledge and expertise to expand the clients utilization of innovation around payments

  • Proactively upselling FinTech BU’s value proposition to clients so that they can maximize their business potential

  • Perform and report on Client performance analyses to track feature adoption and recommend strategies to improve adoption/metrics when needed.

  • Demonstrate advanced insights and understanding of clients/FinTech business and challenge appropriately the way a client views both their business and processes (in relation to FinTech

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experienced professional with 5-8 years in similar positions managing clients in a Payments/FinTech organization

  • You are an opportunity magnet that can identify up-selling opportunities for additional payment services.You are willing to obtain feedback from clients regarding potential product enhancements and new service opportunities

  • You demonstrate an interest in in-depth research of your client, and identify key aspects of their business

  • You have the ability to understand clients business opportunities and ability to upsell them the payment product capability to unlock those opportunities

  • You’re fluent in persuasion and always strive to achieve and surpass set objectives

  • You have experience of working with different kinds of stakeholders like product, tech, legal, compliance, finance etc

  • You have strong organizational skills and experience in tracking and reporting the progress of key projects with stakeholders and leadership of the organization

  • Strong verbal and written communication with crisp and business-oriented language; ability to tailor the language to a variety of audiences

  • Service excellence and customer driven mindset

  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills

  • Effective presentations delivery

  • Experience working with Jira and related plugins
