• Lead the product design in the creation of exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

• Champion innovative design thinking within the team, driving the development of groundbreaking design solutions that push the boundaries of the product's user experience. Lead initiatives to explore new design methodologies and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.

• Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.

• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended, and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and evangelize the importance of user-centered design throughout the organization

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful products.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact.

• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
