Data Operations Analystsupports the Service Asset Configuration Management (SACM) Operations team which is responsible to ensure the assets (hardware/software) required to deliver services are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about those assets are available when and where it is needed. The SACM Operations team provides reporting and operational capability for managing the inventory within the CMDB; including management of the Remedy internal product catalog.
This job is responsible for developing and delivering data solutions to accomplish technology and business goals and initiatives. Key responsibilities include performing code design and delivery tasks associated with the integration, cleaning, transformation, and control of data in operational and analytical data systems. Job expectations include working with stakeholders and Product and Software Engineering teams to aid with implementing data requirements, analyzing performance, and researching and troubleshooting data problems within system engineering domains.

Assists with developing and implementing business strategy through platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment including identifying customer need, designing and validating concepts, developing business cases, assisting with vendor negotiations and relationships, partnering with technology to analyze and write Business and Functional Requirements documentation, managing to a budget SME in coordinating and developing communications with Marketing and Training, coordinating business and Beta testers, and implementing deliverables. Maintains a thorough knowledge of systems and operations processes for platform supported. This role on the Product Team will play a critical role in developing, implementing, testing & delivering enhancements to core underwriting and monitoring applications with a focus on testing to ensure we are delivering the highest quality change into our Production environments. Critical thinker that can effectively challenge the status quo and come up with innovative solutions. Great in both the details, and in connecting the higher-level dots end-to-end
