Overall Purpose:
This position is responsible for implementing, improving, supporting and leading the processes, strategies, communications and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas with a focus on modeling and data analytics. Must have a thorough knowledge of the technical organization (processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) and data analytics tools (DEEP, PowerBI, etc.) coupled with a strong business background.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Conduct financial modeling and analysis. Prepare and review business cases. Manage IT project management, front door process and financials.
•Analysis and Reporting:Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and performance analyses. Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
•Compliance Support:Create and manage compliance policies, standards, and processes; manage audit and compliance reviews; conduct process and quality reviews and audits; conduct vendor management and relations; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
•Define, design, and implement processes and process improvement within the technical organization. Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.
•Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps. Engage in strategic and tactical planning activities. Create communications for technical organizations.
Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Engineering or Business. 3+ years of related experience.

As a Lead Network Technology Support, you will be responsible for providing complex technical support of the Classic and Cloud Radio Access Network (RAN). Reporting, tracking, documenting, and driving various support groups - to include ATS and/or OEM vendors - is an essential skill for this position to diagnose, restore, and accurately report on network events.

Evaluate network impact and recommend or take recovery action in collaboration with peer team
Technical bulletin review, interpretation, and presentation to the team
RCA experts – perform all technical RCA investigations, document learns and drive improvement opportunities

Required Experience
5-8 years’ experience, Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role
Expert level experience troubleshooting, maintaining, configuring, provisioning, and supporting Ericsson RAN equipment (4G = eNodeB, 5G = gNodeB)
Must be willing to work any shift to provide 24x7 network support
Strong understanding of Cloud related concepts such as Kubernetes(K8), VNF & Orchestration is required
Desired Qualifications:
Trained and competent in the use of RF related performance tools (Arieso, Optima, etc.)
The candidate is fluent with Linux and comfortable working on software applications using Linux
Fluent with common security policy, procedure and UAM protocols (TACACS and LDAP)
