Responsibilities:
  • Be the visionary for how we understand end-user and developer needs across Cloud to Edge computing for application and AI solutions.
  • Build out the team across new and emerging technology areas.
  • Define and implement the software product strategy delivery process and roadmap, aligning with the business goals and customer needs across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of technology managers, engineers, and other team members to conceptualize and define compelling software products for client market segments.
  • Engage with technical customers and partners to solicit feedback, collect requirements, validate assumptions, and demonstrate solutions.
  • Build cases to rationalize investments and prioritize features for software products.
  • Produce high-quality outbound material such as product presentations, user stories, demos, white papers, etc
Required skills and experience:

You will be a self-starter, detailed, organized, analytical and be able to work reciprocally with the broader teams within Arm.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as agile or lean
  • Shown experience in software product management role in a relevant field
  • PhD or master's degree or equivalent in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science with experience in the software stacks typically deployed on devices in our relevant market segments, and the licensing of these
  • Experience with writing business plans and commercial justifications
  • Understand market landscape and business challenges
  • Experience in leading or handling complementary teams across different locations

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Exposure to all stages of unit verification, including collecting requirements, defining test methodologies, writing test plans, developing testbenches and test cases, and driving verification closure.
  • Strong hands-on experience in System Verilog and UVM methodology, with a solid background in Object-Oriented programming.
  • Proven ability to debug complex designs and verification environments.
  • Experience owning verification environments across multiple stages of verification, from investigation to closure.
  • Ability to work with project management and technical leads on planning tasks, setting schedules, and defining quality checkpoints.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a large team
