Job Description – Senior Financial Analyst – Global Financial Planning & Analysis (B4)
This Sr. FP&A Analyst role under Corporate Planning Organization will support driving GFP&A activities for the entire company. This position will involve analyzing and developing content for CFO, product groups, investor relations and treasury, and presenting that content in an effective way. The position requires high level of diligence as majority of the reporting and presentations will be serving the executive management of the company.
The right individual will have strong analytical skills and work ethics, capable of executing to deadlines and requests. Also the person should demonstrate solid grasp and understanding of financials and GAAP reporting, including understanding of balance sheet and cash flow statements and drivers.

Ability to identify and / or outline recommendations that will address front-end issues and system processing issues that drive the Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) results.
Recommend and participate in improvements to the financial processes.
Education and Experience
Excel hands on experience.
SAP knowledge is aplus.
Finance/accounting degree.

Key Service Pricing Strategy Development Responsibilities:
Develop methodology for building analytics driven ‘Pricing Model’ for driving growth in Applied Global Services Service portfolio.
Evaluate and make recommendations on how to determine prices.
Understand, build intelligence on pricing benchmarks while leveraging next best competitive alternative.
Quantify differentiated customer value while leveraging customer value sharing tools and conceptual frameworks.
Conducts complex competitive analysis for specific pricing strategy and major pricing tasks.
Review and analyze opportunities for improving profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
Direct, hand-on experience working with semiconductor equipment/tools. Ideal candidates may have previously worked as Field Service Engineers or Process Engineers, where they gained a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments, tool functionality, and process optimization.
Strong complex problem-solvingcapabilities and interpersonalskills
Preferred Qualifications:
Enable creation of Service Pricing strategy, structure, systems, & process to enable AGS growth.
Experience building Service Pricing strategy to drive revenue growth and Value capture.
