Provide leadership to the staff to ensure all customer installation, repair and maintenance activity is performed in compliance with Company policies, business processes and quality standards.

In concert with the BU Finance Team, responsible for annual budgeting and monthly forecast updates for operating expenses and capital expenditures.

Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and operational processes for the site that meet or exceed industry standards.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Education
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Preferred, BA/BS in Engineering or Business/Operational Management
7-10+ years of progressive functional experience, within a complex global company.
5+ years of leadership experience in a 24/7 environment
Strong Business and Financial Acumen
Strong communications skills displayed through effective written communications, both technical and non-technical, and the ability to present in a manner of influence and impact
Displayed ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance operational goals and objectives.

This role focuses on product, market analytics, actionable insights and communications consolidation in support of the Service Business Units (SBU) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment. This person will engage cross-functionally torelevant analysis, aligned insights and internal/external executive communications in support of business operating rhythms. • Coordinatetable-top exercises and readiness drills in partnership with Facilities, GSOC, and local Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Supportincident response and escalation during real-time events involving executives or corporate leadership.
5. Global Collaboration & Event Security
• Collaboratewith regional security directors across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistent executive protection protocols globally.
• Participatein risk mitigation efforts for high-profile locations, international travel, or geopolitical hotspots affecting executive movements.
• Partnerwith event security leads and Insider Risk to support security planning for board meetings, global summits, product launches, and employee events involving the C-suite.
6. Cross-Functional Engagement
