Key Responsibilities

Performs standard Tier I procedures including wafer measurement.

Performs preventative maintenance and wet cleans independently. Assists senior engineers with corrective maintenance as needed.

Disassembles, cleans and rebuilds kits as part of kit management quality.

Learns and applies diagnostic techniques and use of documentation and test equipment with assistance from senior engineers.

Able to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.

Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.

Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires extensive walking, standing for extended periods of time, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting up to 35 lbs., the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and powertools. Additionally,because this position generally involves working in a clean room, it requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with customers to qualify equipment, co-develop processes, optimize operations, and troubleshoot epitaxial hardware.
• Tailor tool performance to meet specific customer process and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Interfaces with CAT and Engineering to troubleshoot process design and hardware design related issues.

Leads multi-tool ramp installation support at remote sites. This will include system level installation, local CE leadership, all issue escalation and management.

Responsible for ensuring all team members are up to date with required training including safety training, and Technical Development of engineers, supervisors and managers. This will include all performance related activities to facilitate appropriate career growth

Key Responsibilities

Provides Alpha Site support to Engineering specifically related to installation, operation, calibration, service and /or testing of a new hardware, process or software design in house or on an engineering tool

Initiates and provides review of ECO's to ensure data supports fix and follow up with communication to the field.

Generates and presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI and Availability. Reporting will also include process data and I/W spending analysis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Typically has knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. • Provides customer support through troubleshooting and data analysis, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• When necessary, works closely with colleagues and customer to optimize tool/process performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
• Knowledge and hands on experience of dry etch tool and processes and integration process flow. Prefer the knowledge and experience on advanced packaging module processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Student must be at least a Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Materials Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.25 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Familiarity with large data sets, python (or other language), JMP/Tableau/Matlab a plus
• Performs routine assignments in an entry level to a professional job progression.
• Typically has knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts of semiconductor tools, processes and devices.
