About the Group

ICAPS Software Groupis responsible for the end-to-end development of ICAPS products, which utilize Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) to detect defects and measure nanoscale elements during semiconductor manufacturing.

Our scope includes all software components: database architecture, device control and synchronization, fab interface and automation, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead two software engineering teams, including team leads and developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the development of two distinct products, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, release, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the teams.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing software engineering teams.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Java or C# development.
  • Expertise in object-oriented design and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • Commitment to high standards in code quality, testing, and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Team-oriented mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field.
PMP certification – a plus.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence – an advantage.

As a Campus Service Experience Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing and controlling employee service processes at the highest quality level in the campus work environment.

Whatyou'll be doing:

  • Leading the formulation of the strategy for campus employee service processes.
  • Implementing innovation in processes and services in the work environment.
  • Planning and managing the services provided to employees in the following areas:
    • Managing the Employee Service Centers (ESC) which include providing office services for employees on campus
    • Managing the employee inquiry system in all areas of service and feedback on a variety of platforms and responsibility for initiating and implementing information systems for managing employee service
    • Liaison with employee service groups such as welfare, training and human resources
  • Defining and monitoring the service indicators of the service operation groups (work environment, catering, transportation, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) through:
    • Conducting and analyzing surveys
    • Managing a service forum - and monitoring decisions
    • Collecting information from the service systems
    • Focus groups
    • Meetings and round tables
  • Managing the measurement routine and analyzing the results and trends with the professional team and service providers to lead the continuous improvement processes of service performance.
  • Development, planning and management of the employee services team on the company's campus, while instilling a culture of service and training the teams in service standards
  • Management of communication and information of campus services for employees by managing the campus services portal and carrying out internal communication in various media
  • Support in managing employee events on and off campus in coordination with the service groups.
  • Management of the internal LOOK&FEEL team in the interface with the construction project management team on the campus to create a pleasant and modern work environment experience

What you should have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • >3 years’ experience in employee services management or advanced management in a similar field (Hi-Tech domains – advantage)
  • Ability to manage and lead a team, including project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to establish relationships and collaborate with external suppliers
  • Ability to manage processes and long-term planning
  • Ability and experience in service system implementation Top of Form
