Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing technical teams.
Solid understanding of equipment sourcing, installation, and lifecycle management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with equipment databases and process documentation.
Familiarity with cleanroom operations and standards.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical owner of a product line throughout the product lifecycle—from concept to volume production.
Lead cross-functional design reviews , ensuring alignment between mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering teams.

3+ years of experience in product development within the semiconductor equipment or high-tech capital equipment industry.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, metrology).
Knowledge in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, NX), PLM systems , and FMEA methodologies is an added advantage
Experience with vacuum systems , robotics , thermal management , or precision motion control is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
