• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory levels.
• Prioritize R&D parts scheduling without impacting production parts to fulfill customer demand.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate delays, maintenance, or changes in demand.
• Create N parts in SAP and align with Finance to set up cost in SAP.
• Work with MFG MDC team to extend the parts to MFG plant(4070) in SAP.
• Create manufacturing orders in Shopkeeper application.
• Participate in planning meetings and communicate production status to management.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and production disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing, inventory control, or production planning (internships or part-time roles may count).
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge on MES, SAP, SQL, Tableau, Databricks is an added advantage.

Other Requirements:This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.

Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

What We Offer

The Senior Production Planning and Control Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing production plans to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency in the manufacturing of semiconductor components.

1. Primary Focus:Demand-to-supply alignment, scheduling, capacity planning

3.Planning & Scheduling:Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS), line loading, capacity, and material planning

Inventory Management:Optimize raw materials, WIP, finished goods inventory levels, andperiod cost (PC)

Execution & Shop Floor Control:Monitor production adherence to plan and adjust schedules when needed

Systems & Tools:ERP (SAP Prefer), MES (AGS APG MES Prefer), Advanced Planning System (APS), Excel, Power BI, and Tableau tools for forecasting, planning, and reporting.

9.KPI Ownership:On-Time-Delivery (OTD), inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization.

Continuous Improvement:Lead planning process optimization, scheduling automation, Lean material flow
