In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 40 hours per week. You will be required to provide your own reliable transportation.
In this role, you will:- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.- Leverage your interpersonal savvy to grow relationships, persuade others, and influence across all levels within the partner organization.- Analyze and review regional data, store revenue, and market intelligence to generate innovative insights to improve performance, grow share, and drive transformational change.- Use your broad expertise within the channel reseller market, consumer and carrier technology industry, and partner landscape to identify trends, develop creative recommendations, and provide meaningful feedback to leadership.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Passion for Apple, technology, and the customer experience.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others.
