You will focus on effective Programs coverage and planning, executing, monitoring and measuring customer experience at POS and developing key actions in order to enhance program quality, products presentation, visibility and effectiveness in store.With a strong business acumen, you will provide direction to central and your POS Ops team members, building an understanding of how their roles contribute to the achievement of sales strategies.Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, embracing agility to deliver on common goals.You will drive the merchandising readiness across branded programs doors during New Product Introduction: you will be accountable for and ensure best-in class quality of execution across Italy, Spain and Portugal.You will be a doer and an enabler. You will handle own workload and work independently while fostering collaboration within the team in a dynamic environment. You will understand that operational excellence requires clear direction, great organisation, and the ability to eliminate roadblocks. You will drive what matters and empower your team to reach their goals along the way while driving successfully the initiatives in the countries you are accountable for.

Contribute to define short- and medium-term growth sales strategies for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats across South Europe, collaborating with Regional and Central teams.Propose portfolio assortments to ensure adequate availability by partner/POS in coordination with Central teams, and create tools that ensure easy implementation and follow-up by all Account Managers.Build deeper partnerships with key carriers and resellers, advocating for Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats and enhancing customer experience through strategic online placement and merchandising initiatives.Drive project management and initiative tracking to foster growth in South Europe by championing best practices and building a repository of successful initiatives. Manage a diverse pipeline of partners while ensuring the seamless execution of global- and regional-led rebate programs.Coordinate with Reseller Ops and DF&A teams to ensure product availability and develop accurate quarterly forecasts for all South Europe countries.Regularly report progress to Regional Leadership and Account Managers, prepare analyses and presentations, and actively seek opportunities to streamline processes and grow the Apple-branded Accessories, AirPods, and Beats business.

  • Proven expertise to craft and deliver nuanced sales messages, overcome objections, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills (including Keynote proficiency) with executive-level presence.
  • Ability to work effectively within multicultural teams and adapt to diverse cultures, coupled with outstanding organizational abilities to manage priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness to establish and maintain strong relationships with Central and Worldwide teams to drive alignment and success.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing sales or business development roles, with a strong preference for retail and/or telco sales experience.
