  • Significant human resources experience with a speciality focus in workplace accommodations.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise of Ireland & UK employment law, with knowledge of employment equality legislation. Experience collaborating across multiple business partners in a large matrix organization.
  • Ability to drive innovative resolutions on a wide range of leave and workplace accommodations issues.
  • Experience in triaging and analysing multiple accommodations requests, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in guiding and facilitating the absence management process, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently, including the ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong collaborator, able to provide advice in a standalone role while partnering closely with other teams within the People function
  • Ability to simplify complex issues for different audiences including People (HR) teams, managers and employees.
  • Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner to influence others.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with leadership, internal and external partners and People team (HR) colleagues.
  • Demonstrable experience of using judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike
  • Outstanding communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation.
  • Project Management experience is desired.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • ServiceNow case management experience is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential.
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead

You will be a subject matter expert (SME) ensuring an event or site remains secure, assess security risks, develop internal controls for privacy, incident prevention or proprietary information theft and ensure that employees are safe. In addition, the duties include but are not limited to:Establish relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, EHS, facilities and outside vendors Build, implement and maintain site or project specific security procedures and plansPrepare operation orders and direct security vendor supportField security requests for short-term and non-recurring assignmentsLead all aspects of a security budget, develop cost savers and resource planning
  • Substantial corporate site security or program management experience or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive experience in a high-volume, fast paced customer service setting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to react to changes in a time critical environment to meet security needs and quickly evaluate situations
  • Experience managing, coordinating and maintaining multiple projects
  • Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks within dynamic conditions
  • Demonstrate excellent communication with a strong attention to detail and courage to take initiative and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Travel 10 - 25% of the time, with on-call responsibilities
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience crafting Keynotes and presenting to senior management
  • Cross functional global experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
