Basic Qualifications

- BS in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
- 7+ years of manufacturing test experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, ABB, UR) and industrial automation systems (PLCs, VFDs/motion control)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with automated test equipment and robotics systems
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as LabVIEW/TestStand, Python.
- Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development for complex electro-mechanical systems.


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in support or maintenance in manufacturing or field sustaining environment.
