As the 2nd shift lead, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, and technical mentorship. You will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest possible product quality. - Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all procedures are followed and promoting safe working practices during the shift.

- BS in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
- 7+ years of manufacturing test experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, ABB, UR) and industrial automation systems (PLCs, VFDs/motion control)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with automated test equipment and robotics systems
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as LabVIEW/TestStand, Python.
- Demonstrated expertise in test strategy development for complex electro-mechanical systems.
