- BS in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field
- 7+ years of manufacturing test experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, ABB, UR) and industrial automation systems (PLCs, VFDs/motion control)
