Key job responsibilities
• Support implementation and maintenance of import and export compliance procedures in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements
• Assist with classification of hardware, software, and technical data under the U.S. Munitions List (USML), Commerce Control List (CCL), and Harmonized System (HS)
• Review, track, and manage export/import requests and tickets
• Prepare and submit license applications or confirm applicability of license exceptions

- Bachelor’s degree in business, political science, international studies, supply chain management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant work experience
- 2 + years of experience in export/import compliance, logistics, or supply chain
- Foundational understanding of U.S. export/import regulations including the EAR, ITAR and CBP requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
