Hardware engineers within the AWS Board Core Design & Services team in Taiwan focus on sustaining engineering and NPI validation activities, including: managing ODM validation processes, reviewing test coverage and results, conducting failure analysis, driving corrective actions, and ensuring smooth mass production. You will coordinate between US-based design teams and local ODM partners, review production test data, optimize manufacturing processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * BS Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years of experience in hardware validation and sustaining engineering
* 7+ years of experience working with ODM partners in Asia
* 7+ years of experience in test development and validation processes
