Basic Qualifications

- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience in building machine learning models for business application
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language


Preferred Qualifications

- PhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related field

• You will manage design consultants, contractual drafting, develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules

• You will multitask and re-prioritize and effectively lead deliveries based on ever changing business needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering/Economics/Business
• 10+ years’ combined work experience delivering water design infrastructure and engineering solutions for capital-intensive projects across diversified industries.
• Language fluency in Spanish and English
• 3+ years demonstrated experience with analytical and commercial skill set to review utility tariffs, water projects and contracts.
• 3+ years of experience managing project scope, business case and infrastructure requirements, develop contract and draft documentation, request for proposals, and capital requests.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of direct experience with the construction, operation, or maintenance of water infrastructure across different global regions.

• Experience with fast track design/build projects and or multiple significant upgrade projects and ability to work with multiple stakeholders with varied requirements.
