The AHS Ops Mgr II of Escalations (i.e. Ops Mgr) is accountable for creating a high-performance culture that motivates Escalations Specialists (ES) to demonstrate levels of ownership, accountability and seller advocacy that enable the vision of a remarkable Seller experience.
