In this role, you will be a part of leading and building our complex and ambitious “Associate to Consultant” (A2C) SDT, as well as elevating the technical execution and delivery of your team of early-in-career Associate Consultants. Our A2C team hires early-in-career technologists, including recent graduates, and providing training, coaching, and mentoring to develop them into productive, customer-facing technical consultants. • 8+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
