• Assist in project management data validation and data clean up across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record
• Gather business and functional requirements and translate the gathered requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture

• Minimum of 5+ experience in India's telecommunications sector, with demonstrated expertise in dark fiber network procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management• Proven international experience in at least one telecom market outside India, with understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks• Substantial experience in either network planning, implementation, or NOC management at an ISP, telecom operator, or OTT company, demonstrating ability to oversee complex network architectures• Advanced financial modeling skills, including ability to develop business cases, ROI analysis, and long-term infrastructure investment planning• Expert knowledge of optical systems and dark fiber network operations, including DWDM technology, fiber characterization, and network maintenance protocols• Demonstrated success in managing fiber optic network deployment projects, including infrastructure planning, execution oversight, and coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working at major network operators, OTTs, or ISPs
• Comprehensive knowledge of global fiber infrastructure and IP networking
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience, both internal and external, across multi-functional teams.
• Technical expertise in advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP, ISIS)
