- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

Our kernel engineers collaborate across compiler, runtime, framework, and hardware teams to optimize machine learning workloads for our global customer base. Working at the intersection of software, hardware, and machine learning systems, you'll bring expertise in low-level optimization, system architecture, and ML model acceleration. - Bachelor’s Degree
- The right person will be technical and analytical, and will be capable of understanding the complexities of large financial services IT environments
- 10+ years of experience leading teams, with responsibility for hiring and talent development.
