You will test your analytical and technical skills. This internship is a learning opportunity, where you will put your skills and bias for action to the test, to complete a project that will support your own growth in the Business Analysis function, as well as the team and our customers success.
• Partner with multiple teams across different geographies, building collaborative relationships while learning from experienced professionals in a global business environment.
• Take ownership of data analysis projects with guidance from mentors, turning data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities, working with the team to develop streamlined solutions that enhance business efficiency.
• Lead root cause analyses for assigned projects, collaborating with team members to solve real business challenges and implement solutions.
• Support the development of business cases for new programs, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning and project development.

Basic Qualifications

- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 month internship maximum
- Are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- Experience in data querying or modeling with SQL, Excel
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
- Knowledge of BI analytics, reporting or visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, Cognos or other third-party tools
- Knowledge of Data modeling, advanced SQL with Oracle, MySQL, and Columnar Databases at an advanced level


Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of one or more industry analytics visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, MicroStrategy or PowerBI, and statistical methods like t-test or Chi-squared

- 10+ years in automotive industry with extensive experience in customer-facing business development, sales, or program management- Deep knowledge of autonomous driving, ADAS, Software Defined Vehicle, cloud computing, and current industry trends

Your work will cover creating and improving reports, discovering new technical capabilities, writing documents, building tools, and helping influence the way that we work within L&E. You’ll be partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to develop new processes and mechanisms as our business evolves.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in the data/BI space
