Amongst others you will be part of designing and building reference architectures, proof of concepts and help customers deploy production workloads on AWS. You will provide thought leadership and recommendations on cloud architecture, migration, modernisation and operation. Build strong technical relationships acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence AWS service roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities- Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).- Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organisation by interviewing candidates and having a voice in hiring decisions. You will also be helping others develop new skills by mentoring team members and identifying talent needs in the organisation.
- Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to our outcomes.

- Experience designing, building, refactoring or operating IT systems in the cloud
- Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired
- AWS Certification, eg. AWS Solutions Architect Associate

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION REQUIRES RELOCATION TO POLAND.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with PM teams on product requirements
- Manage and drive vendors for project finalization
- Generate functional prototypes and to be hands on it
- Clearly and concisely express and document ideas, issues, test results, etc.
- Develop documentation to transfer to vendors (CAD, detailed drawings, optical simulations, and etc.).

- BS/MS in Mechanical/Optical Engineering
- Extensive industry design experience
- Experience in consumer electronics products development, plastic / diecast / sheet metal parts design
- Experience with optical-related designs like camera lens implementation, illumination and etc.
- Experience with thermodynamics, especially for consumer or computer hardware.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes for metals and the commonly used plastics
- Quick prototyping skills
- GD&T based on ISO or ASME standard.
- Must have a strong work ethic and good written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced CAD user (Creo/SolidWorks )
- Experienced PLM system user
- Good written and spoken English

Ability to interpret simulation results, such as thermal, optical & deformation analysis
