- Design and implement frameworks and solutions that enable seamless integration of GenAI technologies into existing products and development workflows enhancing productivity- Establish best practices and guidelines for GenAI development and usage across the organization
- Develop reference architectures and technical guidelines for GenAI feature integration
- Drive adoption of GenAI solutions through technical demonstrations, workshops, and documentation- Evaluate and optimize the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of GenAI-powered solutions

Basic Qualifications

- Professional software development experience with focusing on AI/ML technologies
- Design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience with programming with at least one software programming language
- Experience with GenAI platforms and services (e.g., Anthropic, Bedrock, OpenAI) Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
- Experience with LLM/SLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience with building and maintaining scalable MLOps pipelines


Preferred Qualifications

- Years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience with Data Engineering pipelines, including Vector Databases (e.g., OpenSearch, PGVector)
- Contributions to open-source AI projects

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years as technical contributor in the security field (internal corporate security, security operations, security consulting, incident response, etc.)
