Job Summary

As a Technical Architect at AllCloud, you will be a key driver in bringing our internal Salesforce initiatives to life. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create robust technical designs that address our evolving business needs. You are an expert in analyzing and understanding internal business processes, and developing scalable and efficient solutions using your deep technical knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise software architecture. Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Advise on our internal enterprise architecture and roadmap, including technology, data, security, and integration strategies.
• Facilitate technical business process review workshops and conduct detailed technical analysis of internal business requirements.
• Create comprehensive project deliverables, such as technical business requirements, technical solution designs, functional specifications, user stories, and reports of findings.
• Develop and implement solutions to technical business requirements using Salesforce and Force.com platform capabilities, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design and implement technical system integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using SOAP and REST API capabilities, as well as relevant ETL tools.
• Drive the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of internal Salesforce solution implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.

Summary of Requirements & Experience

• 3+ years as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Developer for mid-to large-sized organizations
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience with enterprise integration tools

Certifications Preferred

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce Developer certification
• Salesforce Advanced Developer certification a plus
• Salesforce Technical Architect certification a plus
