As a, you will have an exciting opportunity to support the definition and delivery of the product vision for Ortho, Ortho Restorative and Retention products and services on the. These products integrate with visualization experiences on thescanner,web portal, and practice and patient mobile apps. Key stakeholders include orthodontists, general dentists, patients, dental lab technicians, dental service organizations, universities, and public hospitals.

You will collaborate with product designers, marketing managers, engineers, data scientists, and others to help build impactful Align Digital Platform products. We’re looking for a curious, entrepreneurial learner who brings a passion for innovation, strong communication and analytical skills, and a willingness to contribute in a fast-moving environment. In this role you will,
Help document customer goals and basic business requirements, track progress against release checklists, and assist in preparing simple positioning and release notes.
Support the go‑to‑market plan by preparing FAQs, demo scripts, training materials, and internal briefs; help coordinate cross‑functional tasks to meet launch goals.
Monitor feedback channels, log and triage issues, track follow-ups, and suggest incremental, data‑informed improvements.


· Build a foundational understanding of Align customers (Orthodontists, Dentists, Labs, DSOs, etc.) through desk research and guided customer interactions; capture notes and share clear takeaways with cross‑functional teams.
· Learn the customer’s jobs‑to‑be‑done (JTBD) and how customers measure success; help document workflows and success metrics.
· Practice customer empathy by transforming qualitative and quantitative insights into organized problem statements and backlog suggestions.
· Learn Align’s strategic and competitive position and help summarize trends that inform product decisions.
· Maintain a light competitive landscape view to understand market positioning, identify gaps, and propose low‑lift experiments to explore solutions.
· Support opportunity sizing and roadmap inputs aligned to broader organizational strategies and goals.
· Compile data, research, and market analysis to inform recommendations; help maintain simple dashboards for adoption and engagement.
· Contribute to business case templates with basic models (e.g., TAM assumptions, directional revenue/COGS inputs) under mentorship from PMs.
· Assist coordination between internal development and partnership activities (no contract negotiation), maintaining trackers for product changes, basic forecasting inputs, and operational tasks.
· Coordinate across marketing, sales, operations, R&D, and customer service; learn quality systems and regulatory considerations and follow established SOPs.
· Help evangelize the product by drafting internal communications, preparing demo environments, and supporting trade show or event logistics.
· Collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and designers to help deliver incremental value.

In this role, you’ll need …

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  3. Interest in Healthcare/Medical/Dental technology and regulated environments is advantageous.
