  • Maintain data accuracy as related to employee files and records including accurate and timely entry of all HR information into Workday HRIS system

  • Prepare special/ad-hoc reports as necessary, analyze data, and identify trending.
  • Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR with experience in responsibility included and not limited to Benefits, Employee Relations, Leave of Absences, HR Operations
  • Commitment to customer service. Can put him/herself in the shoes of the manager and/or employee and displays a commitment to bring resolution
  • Prior experience in providing client-facing consultation
  • Communicates effectively at all levels, including written and oral communications

Deliver Results

  • Responsible for the working with assigned accounts and team within Invisalign KK (Japan), including direction, motivation and development of sales plans, targets, and strategies and the removal of obstacles to success.
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to the Regional Sales Manager including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
  • Responsible for the sales area as ‘their business’ and be willing to take responsibility for its planning and development in what is a high growth business.
  • Work closely with co-colleagues to develop a high-performance team in Japan.
Drive the Best Outcomes
  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products;
  • Provide training in product knowledge, selling skills, and territory management, and Align Terms and Conditions of Business.

Work hours and conditions

Work outside normal hours will be required in instances of Trade Shows, Conferences or Sales Meetings.
