  • Work as a clinical mentor to internal partners and external partners regarding best demonstrated practices (including assuming responsibility for train the trainer functions and IDI)
  • Stay active and engaged with important dental care related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in dental/ hygienist practice that impact our business or customers.
  • Utilize up to date knowledge of the dental industry to provide clinical input for new product development and software enhancements
  • Apply a consultative selling approach to provide insights to customers regarding industry trends and consumer profiles to inspire them to modernize and grow their business; assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes; all with the objective of achieving territory sales targets (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making
  • Educate customers on products to ensure the practice is clinically comfortable with Invisalign and iTero products and services
  • Be creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align /iTero solutions

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required in a training or consulting role
  • Minimum of 4 years of similar experience; with preferably in a related health industry (i.e., dental, orthodontic, practice etc.)
  • Related clinical education and experience required (i.e., Dental hygienist)
  • Preferred experience in the orthodontic sector
  • Committed to providing a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Proven time management, multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills.
  • Proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility
  • Strong focus on teamwork and a proven experience building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Solid written, oral and presentation English communication skills, with French/English bilingualism an asset
  • Possess superior communication skills, in both verbal and written format, who can synthesize and deliver complex information with clarity and diplomacy
  • Charismatic, effective & engaging presenter to audiences of varying sizes and composition (including study clubs, conferences etc.
  • Computer proficiency including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and internet research ability
  • Live and work in an assigned geographic territory to facilitate the required regular travel within that territory 25% to 50% of the time with some evening events and overnight travel required

  • Modernize the current install base of iTeros by supporting increased utilization of the placed iTero systems
  • Expand the Orthodontic efficiency and conversion through additional unit placement in current and new accounts
  • The successful candidate will join a region of Invisalign Orthodontic Territory Managers, moving an industry forward to maximum efficiency in Digital Orthodontics.
  • Manage a sales territory overlaying with an established Invisalign Orthodontic Region, serving as a business partner to modernize and grow the iTero intraoral scanners install base, ultimately leading to the adoption of Invisalign clear aligners in Ortho practices
  • Use insights and consultative selling to influence customers to adopt new digital processes and tools
  • Plan and execute a territory plan, maximizing potential in existing accounts and actively prospecting new iTero opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, Universities and Orthodontics/Dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required. Experience can be outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience or industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant combination of sales (inside or outside). Knowledge of Orthodontic Specialty and marketplace is preferred.
  • Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and relevant discovery meetings around critical practice needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, which includes lifting up to 40lbs

As a
Integration Specialist, you will drive implementation, integration and acceleration of Align’s digital platform in targeted Orthodontic accounts via in-office engagements. You will apply clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of orthodontic practice workflows to accelerate practice growth and improve efficiencies. Primary areas of focus will be:
  • Integration and maximization of the iTero suite of systems and applications
  • Implementation of clinical and treatment planning workflows for Align products and services
  • Acceleration of the Align Doctor Subscription Program within select offices
You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors and staff, providing customized practice insights and enablement strategies. You will perform thorough customer “current state” assessments and create prioritized account-level goals and defined work paths to optimize integration and acceleration of Align’s digital orthodontic solutions.
Desired skills sets include, but are not limited to, strong needs-based discovery, clinical and business knowledge of orthodontic practices, proficiency in establishing training plans, effective communication skills to inspire and motivate account personnel and high accountability to mutually-agreed to goals and expectations. In this role, you will augment and support the efforts of Align Orthodontic Territory Managers to enable and improve the digital adoption experience for key partnership accounts.

  • Guide Ortho customers through optimization of iTero workflow and increase utilization of patient education and conversion applications
  • Develop personalized plans for each customer based on their practice goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and tracking progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
  • Assist in integrating new product launches into office workflow.
  • Provide technical assistance on software usage, troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through any complexities they may encounter.
  • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.
  • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Leverage all resources and successfully manage the integration of the iTero scanner and Invisalign processes and procedures with both Doctors and Staff of targeted accounts.
