  • Follow-up in case of discrepancies and ensure they are handled within a reasonable time frame.
  • Be accountable and demonstrate ownership, being able to manage escalations towards management, proposing proactive feedback summary and recommended solutions in alignment with the department policy.
  • Be able to back-up the Team Leader solving operational complex situations, and to guide, provide training and support to other team members by applying streamlined approaches.
  • Lead short-term defined scope projects or support larger projects within finance operations also processing periodic reviews to identify, assess and take action to mitigate risks to project success.
  • Manage customer relationship, which includes problem resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Assess and review the credit risk on the customer on regular basis to mitigate risk for adidas according to credit policy.
  • Perform review, analysis and proposal of release on credit block deliveries.
  • Provide insight in the development of the accounts receivable position of the customer to the Credit & Collections leadership team and Sales / Finance stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for the process related issues and support on escalations.
  • Track disputes, forward to the right department for their solution and follow-up until their closing.
  • Identify the improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
  • Provide insight into the calculation of the required provision for uncollectable balances.
  • Support requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls over the work performed.

  • Responsible for delivering a complete local range plan for the respective category (product, product communication tools, product prices, activation tools, RID, forecasts, local prices, range size, cancellation, re-phasing, ABOs and Marketing support where necessary etc.) by balancing both brand and commercial considerations and supporting the business strategy of the channels and supports the sell-in process to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinates sell in process for upcoming season and make preparation for sell-in tools (Showroom preparation, sell in presentation etc)
  • Manage and implement definition tools and drive conclusive competitive analysis to influence pricing considering the competition. Provide pricing inputs to the range architecture framework.
  • Delivers profitability of the respective categories by managing pricing, margin efficiency, FOBs and product category mix.
  • Drives the GTM for the respective categories and supports CTC function by aligning with BA/Omni team on Marketing plans, communication tools, activation tools, marketing support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relation with the payroll vendor and timely execution of standard and complex payroll tasks according to defined processes, schedules, and service levels in accordance with regional and local guidelines)
  • Review the information (hirings, terminations, vacations, car allowance, mobility, holidays worked, commissions, medical leaves, absences, etc) necessary to achieve the processing of the payroll
  • Execute personnel payment accurate and timely according with the current country legislation
  • Execute payment of social security, retirement saving plans and income taxes to accomplish the current labor law
  • Present the required documentation in case of audits or inspections (e.g Ministry of Labor and Employment, Internal audits) in order to comply with the legislation and company guidelines
  • Carrying out standard and complex audits of personnel data, programs, and processes.
  • Provide consulting and service to employees and the HR community on general and more complex payroll topics.
  • Processing of standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, e-mail, and telephone.
  • Run payroll for the revenue appropriate group of employees.
  • Support the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the use of systems.
  • Support in reconciling financial accounts with payroll results
  • Comparison of the monthly accounting documents in cooperation with the local data management team, the payroll accounting specialists in the areas of market, finance and controlling.
  • Timely reporting and preparation of declarations and ensuring appropriate communication with tax authorities, social security, and all other state institutions.
