Key Responsibilities:

Merch Administration

• Weekly maintenance of order demand shifting according to Retail Intro Date updates.
• Feedback Loop - Remove demand for articles under PO minimums.
• Not Bought Report Management: Remove demand for Not Bought articles and drops for current and future seasons.
• PIM Report Validation – review and propose action on articles that are inactive on PIM vs SFCC.
• Hype Tracker – Update Hype forecasting file with stock qty and arrival dates.
• Support on preparation of weekly/monthly SEA Ecom product trading/best seller reports.
• Seasonal articles upload management.
• Support with urgent RID/RED/price changes.
• Support merchandising teams in executing promotional activities and product launches.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the retail or sportswear industry.

Purpose and Overall Relevance for the Organization

The Merchandising Systems and Tools Manager is responsible for delivering speed through data quality and readiness through data automation, tool enhancements, and systems to support NAM product merchandising. ​It is the responsibility of the Systems Manager to have a thorough understanding of the digital tools, business processes, and how to leverage and enhance the systems to meet business requirements.

Purpose: Supports the operations leadership team by passing direction from the office to the warehouse floor. Works closely with operations associates, forklift operators and external drivers to ensure efficient and timely work flow through the Distribution Center.

• Responsible for counting the quantity of cases on trucks, verifying the accuracy of loading sheets, and completing settlement sheets
• Checking in/out of external drivers and handling any of their questions/inquiries
