Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Executive the HR services processes: benefits administration, personnel, and document administration, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure the execution with the excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes like Document Management and benefit Administration, Leave and Absence Administration (vacations, sick/parental/maternity leaves), correct registration with the local government, Master data Management (people and organizational data management), Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.

· Exit Management (administrate involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits), ensure the correct registration in SAP of terminations, with the correct justification and the related document kit for signing and ending the relationship, and consider the local legislation indicated for this process.

· Administer time management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll and working hours control systems, as determined by current labor legislation and union rules, and analysis of data present at the close of the monthly, under great criticism, to avoid errors in payroll processing and liability.

· Ensure the benefits administration processes for the country, working in alignment with the regional and local organization Rewards and management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll for discounts and reporting.

· Administrate and ensure the update of GBS Sharepoint of the country and coordinate activities related to benefits.

· Send information to payroll for the payment of benefits, and wholesale commissions, among others.

· Administrate mobility local activities to ensure employee movements, compliance, and adherence to mobility policy and local legislation. Collaborate with the regional Mobility Manager on local mobility vendor management activities.

· Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes (benefits, personnel administration, platform access related to payroll, vacations, SharePoint…)

· Manage HR Services and benefits vendors.

· Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms and process.

· Ensure the correct collection of the invoices sent by the vendors according to the contracts, and control of GBS and Benefit budget of the country.

· Preparation and sending of required reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders ensuring the correct information and analysis required. Provision of bonuses according to company policies and procedures

· Ensure the correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in the processes related to the area.

· Work in alignment with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.

· Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

  • Support the conversion of design information into a confirmed set of technical data required for the rapid prototyping of technical components
  • Provide technical information in collaboration with design, development, and factory partners and guide them to the best process or prototype for their needs
  • Work closely with the Technical Manager to analyze designs for manufacturability, production efficiencies, potential functional or quality issues and costing issues and offer alternative, economic and efficient solutions. Point out solutions or opportunities during this process
  • Maintain and operate all related tools, equipment, and supplies: i.e., machine software, 3D printer, casting equipment, modeling tools, CNC or other programming

· Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes (benefits, personnel administration, platform access related to payroll, vacations, SharePoint…)

· Manage HR Services and benefits vendors.

· Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms and process.

· Ensure the correct collection of the invoices sent by the vendors according to the contracts, and control of GBS and Benefit budget of the country.

· Preparation and sending of required reports to government entities, vendors, and internal stakeholders ensuring the correct information and analysis required. Provision of bonuses according to company policies and procedures

· Ensure the correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in the processes related to the area.

· Work in alignment with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.

· Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Experienced in the job and fully qualified/trained for the countries that will support.

· Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices.

· Knowledge of Chilean local processes, practices, and labor law

· Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors).

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· 4 to 5 years of work experience

· English proficiency
