What you’ll do:

  • You’ll take ownership of managing an extremely high-performing team of Visual Merchandisers to deliver an amazing consumer journey through VM and Styling, all with the aim of bringing our Brand to life & converting consumers at the point of purchase.
  • You’ll lead the Visual Merchandising team to deliver the business strategic plan and contribute to our commercial targets
  • Execute the Visual Merchandising standards according to the VM calendar
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure we’re adopting the correct use, implementation & presentation of product packages, store fittings, in-store communication material, campaigns and VM tools.
  • Influence and negotiate with all key business partners for all VM subjects, considering key product launches, ensuring consistency within best practice guidelines to provide a leading brand experience for all customers.
  • Develop best practice, standards and operational plans to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Leverage tools and programs for planning of existing or new stores or brand spaces (e.g. stocking and space planning tools).

Primary Responsibility

  • Takes ownership of his /her store and allocates resources and organizes processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions

Professional background/ Experience

The Manager Distribution Center (DC) Planning serves as the internal expert within the EU SCM organization for an end-to-end overview of the flow of goods, acting as a decisive supply chain planner. •Lead DC Planning:
