Purpose:

In this role, you will ensure the data accuracy of the labor management system by partnering with Operations to ensure data points are up-to-date and accurate. You will work within the Distribution Center to provide clerical support to ongoing operations by using proper business processes and controls within the labor management system.

Key Responsibilities (Functional):

  • Assist DC Excellence & CI Manager with continuous improvement projects (data collection, execution and result analysis).

  • Support the DC Excellence & CI Manager in running LM reports, trend analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Assure an efficient and effective LM system usage through:

  • Deep dive into UPH/Throughput trends to identify associates or job functions that require further support/investigation.

  • Ensure Clock Ins/Outs in LM are accurate and up-to-date daily.

  • Partner with Ops to ensure all associates are logged into correct job functions daily.

  • Ensure all associates are correctly created and linked to supervisor and shift in LM, making daily adjustments as needed.

  • Participate in process analysis, SOP audits and time studies as required.

  • Participate in meetings with DC Operations on LEAN initiatives and projects.

  • Continuously evolve knowledge of DC reporting and analysis by participating in training provided and engaging with users in other departments to learn from their expertise.

  • Partner with DC Operational leadership team.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues to undertake tasks that require teamwork to complete properly.

  • Ensure you thoroughly read and understand all company health and safety policies.

  • At all times follow said health and safety policies, procedures and instructions to ensure that you are always working in a safe manner.

  • At all times refrain from inappropriate language and any other behaviours that violate the company’s code of conduct or violence and harassment policy and negatively impact the positive and enthusiastic environment we strive to create.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Americas Workplace Leadership Team, primarily in the New York City area, and that of offsite showroom locations in NAM in implementing processes related to internal corporate employee moves and workplace environment changes driven by business requirements, workplace evolution, and analysis of utilization trends.
  • Deliver consistent, premium facility management service standards within target schedule and scope, Point of contact for employee communication regarding office and showroom operations, improvements, and services.
  • Gain familiarity with adidas internal operating process to lead various tasks with high complexity supporting BU functional responsibility that require in-depth operational experience.
  • Drive team performance through setting clear expectations and priority management.
  • Primary point of contact (POC) for adidas NYC Brand Center, building security and maintenance
  • Manage Workplaces Vendors and services for offsite locations, in partnership with local leadership
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manual for New York Brand Center
  • Manage Workplace Communications for location; Develop and send out weekly office reminders and updates
  • Provide day to day supervision of maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for locations within portfolio
  • Partner with adidas Workplace Management, Security, IT, and CRE (Workplaces) to manage and implement site security operational standards
  • Attend meetings as it relates to operational developments at the NYC Brand Center
  • Manage Workplaces Services Provider providing FM, Reception/Hospitality and Shipping Receiving Services
  • Oversee administration of Document Management account for location, ensuring any documents that require shredding have been identified and timeline for destruction is set in place; Schedule destruction when needed.
  • Manage vendor set ups, creation and maintenance of PO's, budget forecasting and reconciliation of all invoices related to function, ensuring compliance with adidas policy at all times.
  • POC for landlord partnership, and annual CAM reconciliation review, ensuring financial forecasts are updated accordingly
  • Manage the onboarding of Workplaces externals and contractors, ensuring they are compliant with all adidas policies and procedures at all times (COI, building access forms, ISO Contractor policies, etc)
  • Manage Facilities Requests Smartsheet, ensuring timely, complete resolution to all requests. Analyze trends to proactively provide solutions for long term and day-to-day BU functionality
  • Site lead for ISO certification program (ISO 14001, 18001, 45001), ensuring timely reporting, policy and procedure implementation and ongoing compliance and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic requirements of employees in the allocation of office space according to needs, ensuring the framework of the adidas Workplace Concept is respected
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager
