Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Codefuel’s publishers while building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify upsellupsel-sale and growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Manage internal resources (Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Analytics, Sales) to deploy, optimize, and upsell web, software and mobile partners
  • Work closely with clients to analyze and optimize product performance by communicating details of campaign deployment
  • Support clients for all needs and requests regarding new and existing business
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating with other departments, both internally and externally
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objective

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of digital or technology experience in a client-facing role, experience in search monetization and/or digital marketing is a plus
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (both locally and virtually)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills - in writing and verbally
  • Proven track-record of problem-solving
  • Strong knowledge of campaign metrics and goals in monetization, web analytics and measurement
  • Demonstrated track record in user acquisition/retention, account revenue growth and retention, and creative problem solving skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce is preferred
