As a
Senior Demand Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Revenue & Coverage: $4B+ direct (US & Canada) and $8B indirect, supporting all Transportation & Electric Business Group divisions.
  • S cale & Team: 100K+ SKUs, 10K+ customers, and 20+ reports (10+ direct in USAC, 10+ indirect globally).
  • Capability Building: Strengthen team engagement, growth, succession planning, training, and optimize structure; implement world-class demand planning processes aligned with 3M practices and compliance culture.
  • Systems & Tracking: Enhance APS and planning tools for better design and utilization; maintain scorecards and bias management to ensure reliable, responsive supply chain execution.
  • Leadership & Planning: Lead daily team operations and manage all demand planning cycles (annual to daily), including key activities like data cleansing, statistical and consensus forecasts, financial reconciliation, and executive demand view.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Core member of TEBG Planning Leadership; engage cross-functionally; set 3-year vision and annual glidepath; present planning strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Team engagement & attrition, talent pipeline, capability score (Org/Process/Tools), forecast bias & accuracy, OTIF, inventory, slow-moving stock, and cost.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Eight (8) years of experience working in supply chain operations in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving business objectives in a highly complex, pull-based supply chain environment in a private, public, government or military environment
  • One (1) year of combined experience in SAP and at least one APS system (e.g., Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, IBP).

  • Proven Leadership & Strategic Thinking – Skilled at guiding teams, managing processes, and driving results with resilience.

Production Planning Analyst

  • Manages raw material and semi-finished inventory buffer quantities. Monitors and reports capacity requirements, special order and stock service levels. Continuously works to improve the planning and scheduling process.
  • Identifies ways to improve customer service, inventory investment, and supply chain efficiency to achieve measurable results; participates in implementation.
  • Lead cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory. Develops and maintains operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with
  • Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management.
  • Works closely with the business unit to understand customer requirements and forecasts. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times.

Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory Utilize Supply Chain parameter management tools to optimize planning parameters (safety stock, lot size,EOQ, Loop & Supermarket, lead time demand.
  • Maintains relevant planning master data and supports new product introduction and phase-in phase out material business processes, and associated change management processes.
  • Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making. Publishes and presents service and inventory metrics and results.


Your Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production, and/or customer service in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) CPIM certification is preferred. If not
    complete at the time this position is assumed, the certification will become part of the employee
    professional development plan as agreed between management and the employee.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution and/or Planning System (e.g. SAP)

Looking for experienced Senior Production Artist to execute packaging production artwork in consumer packaging industry. You will work with our design teams to adapt graphic design concepts into production ready artwork, support the development and execution of brand guidelines and their application across packaging and other key consumer facing touchpoints to help drive best-in-class consumer experiences. You will collaborate with production art project managers, designers and agency partners to prepare packaging artwork files for print production.

Role Information:

  • Focus on creating a diverse array of projects from simple to highly complex global packaging artwork concepts into final print production art.
  • Ensures technical design specifications/contributions/structure/process/decisions align with business unit and design-function expectations.
  • Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy within brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and consistency within artwork. Embraces style guides, packaging production standards, and process optimization across all stages of execution managing multi-SKU packaging versions.
  • Strong knowledge of preparing final art files for various media, including print, digital, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of color, including CMYK vs. RGB, spot colors, global colors, and Pantone matching.
  • Understand packaging artwork requirements, including working with die lines, net contents, regulatory and warning texts, color and printing methods.
  • Strong understanding of packaging and labeling systems and printing technology and their constraints for layouts. Experience creating or maintaining production art templates for master artwork and scalable packaging workflows.
  • Manage project timelines with internal project management team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Ten (10) combined years of working experience in artwork production for packaging within corporate, creative, agency and /or printing industry in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years experience in consumer packaging and pre-press printing industries.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for packaging design and layout;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. Familiar with remote collaboration and cloud-based workflows.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in consumer branding, packaging and retail merchandising industry.
