This DCEManager position willCounty, Wisconsindatacenter campus supporting ongoing construction activities.This role will serve as a daily on-site presence to reviewprogress of multiple concurrent datacenter builds.The position willbe responsible formonitoring progress for compliance with construction documents fromstages through commissioning. This role will work closely with the datacenter engineering and construction teams to support multi-coordination, issue identification and resolution, and continuous improvement efforts. The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe ongoing documentation of project learnings for incorporation into future designs.
The Datacenter Engineering Principle Design Manager will manage the engineering scope, schedule, and budget for greenfield, brownfield and retrofit engineering / design projects. This position will manage internal and external resources for the delivery of the Datacenter building, power, cooling, telecom, andinfrastructure to align with Microsoft Corporation datacenter capacity roadmap for the Americas.
be responsible forthe facilitation and delivery of Microsoft’s industry-leading datacenter designs including the development of innovative technology and advanced concepts from Site Due Diligence through design development, permitting, construction, and the turnover to Operations. This role will provide design management, technical direction, decision-making and overall leadership for our datacenter designs. To be successful in this role the candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent, complete Datacenter design solutions aligned with the scopes, schedules, and budgets of the projects. Thewill engage with key MS stakeholder groups within Microsoft as well as outside vendors who specialize in datacenter architecture and engineering.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
