Enterprise Technology’s CRM Sales Excellence group enables high quality service delivery to Global Markets stakeholders through the strategic use of technology and in coordination with Mercury, CDW, MDM, PACE and AEM teams. This Senior Dynamics platform Solution Lead will have deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing) and integration. This role will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand requirements in order to designing the next generation digital architecture.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for collaboration with teams and key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions.
- Execute & participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations.
- Participate in analyses and design phases of a project.
- Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM.
- Deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM application.
- Develop CRM Application using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions.
- Fully understand the Dynamics 365 SaaS solutions across multiple lower and production environments.
- Present to senior business stakeholders and deliver technical or complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements.

Skills and attributes for success
- The role requires a good working knowledge of the IT infrastructure within EY, a good understanding and perspective on the business and the internal stakeholders we serve.
- Understanding and knowledge of CRM processes, systems and Dynamics 365 is required.
- Technical and administration experience with MS Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) across multiple versions of the product, including configuration and customization experience.
- Experience working with JavaScript, C#, .NET, ASP, HTML, CSS, and database platforms including SQL Server
- Experience with Dynamics creating plug-ins, custom workflow activities, XAML workflows, web services, and the use of the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience and/or knowledge of Dynamics 365 and the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics solutions, including SharePoint, MS Office, Biztalk, and OneDrive/OneNote.
- Extensive use and experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira or a similar technology highly desirable.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
- Microsoft Certification to support your expert level experience
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills.
- High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently.
- CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins etc.).
- D365 CRM Certified.
- Minimum 10+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience is must.
- Must have done hands-on development – writing plugins.
- Must have done worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model.
- Must have done at least one end to end implementation with integration.
- Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM).
- Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes.
- Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL.
- Experience across MS Azure, Dynamics 365, Synapse, Power Platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BE/B.Tech. /MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience.
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to multi-task

The compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary range/s. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $1140,700 to $263,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $168,900 to $299,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
