Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
18 years of data science or analytics experience in technical organizations and experience in online marketplaces.
10 years of experience leading and growing teams within strategy, data science, or analytics functions.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree.
Experience working across Software Engineering, Product Management, and User Experience Design/Research teams, to frame and interpret sophisticated analyses to inform product, marketing, or business strategy.
Experience in a role that combines complex analysis along with regular executive communications of key insights and recommendations.
Solid problem solving and strategy skills, including expansive opportunity identification, data-driven segmentation, and framing of complex/ambiguous problems.
