A day in the life
Operations Engineers primary goal is to own the field activities including coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, facilitate testing and performance ramp up of the product allowing the design engineers and product team to focus on the system performance improvement and optimization. This will require travel to numerous project sites, constant coordination with teams and vendors to manage the installation, commissioning and startup of production processes through new advanced technology products. Daily problem solving for ambiguous situations challenges engineers to be right a lot while inventing and simplifying issues to resolve and harden systems for operations.
- 5+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- Experience with integrating new robotics systems into new and existing work environments.
