As the Frontend/Full-Stack Team Leader at Artlist in Israel's Tel Aviv district, you'll be the go-to for a wide array of responsibilities. You'll be leading a team of developers on complex projects while working closely with the engineering team to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your day-to-day tasks will include understanding business requirements, performing research and analysis on potential solutions, managing projects through agile methodologies, and ensuring that the team’s workflow is well-structured and efficient. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing clear goals and expectations for the team, while monitoring, mentoring, and coaching for success. You (along with the engineering team) will develop, launch, and maintain various web and mobile applications utilizing the latest frontend technologies such as Angular, React, and other JavaScript libraries. As the Team Leader, your keen eye for detail, quality assurance, and experience with debugging will be integral to creating exceptional user experiences. You’ll also collaborate closely with the UI/UX Designers and Product Managers, to ensure the user interface and user experience meets the company’s standards.
