ICM Credit Risk Activities in Scope for Transformation:

  • Originations & Amendments – Transformation of the deal management lifecycle from prospecting through underwriting, credit administration, and booking operations
  • Periodic Assessment and Client Monitoring – Transformation of the credit review processes including Annual Reviews and Problem credit management
  • Portfolio Limit Setting and Management – Transformation of how Citi Manages Limits across Lending and Counter Party Credit products, including implementation of a comprehensive monitoring structure
  • Client Management and Servicing – Transformation of how our clients interact with Citi to execute on their business operation needs, including statements, draws, etc.
  • Core Services – Transformation of the underlying foundation, data, and functional services that support the above business activities (e.g. Financial Spreading, Collateral Management, Covenant Monitoring, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Translates long term vision into product & solutions strategies
  • Within an Agile environment, drive an overall product design process into production, including visual design and content strategy
  • Conduct design workshops across functions and regions to produce agreed output
  • Define Target State processes and controls that complement the end-to-end credit lifecycle.
  • Create roadmaps and user stories for product execution
  • Define preventative and detective data controls, to improve data quality and integrity
  • Support Agile life cycle, such as story refinement, sprint planning, wireframes, testing and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of experience in wholesale lending.
  • Experience in complex technology change, either as an end user, product manager, or business analyst.
  • Ability to translate end user needs into tangible work products that technology engineers can move forward to develop (e.g., Process Flows, Requirements, Design Artifacts, Screen Mockups, etc.)
  • Track record of working across multiple stakeholders and collaborating with various technology partners
  • Bachelor’s/Universitydegree, Master’s degree is a plus
