BA is responsible for leading / driving end to end requirements management process in a ServiceNow implementation project. The role is required to have deep knowledge / experience on the ServiceNow platform and end to end functionality of one or more ServiceNow modules.
• Organise and drive requirements gathering workshops.
• Responsible for capturing, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• Create a close connect with the client business teams
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to aid development team
• Understand and document As-Is business processes. Gather, analyse and contribute to design and reengineering of business processes
• Coordinate with both client & development team to make sure requirements are clarified and signed off.
• Coordinate and support UAT
• Develop or contribute to development of job aids and training courses
Desired Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in job relevant field required.
• Minimum 6 to 7 years of job-related experience required (prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, highly preferred)
• Experience in HRSD/GRC/ITOM/SecOps/CSM required
• Nice to have knowledge on Pre-Sales activity
• Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools required
• Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required
• Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives
• Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
