Workplace Services Manager jobs

As an Expoint workplace services manager, you will play a crucial role in keeping our technology-focused workplace running smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all workplace functions are correctly executed and maintained. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire workplace, such as managing office equipment and upkeep, energy efficiency, safety & security, document archiving, and other related services. In this role, you're expected to handle administrative tasks, such as obtaining and tracking workplace permits, coordinating with suppliers, and providing regular services evaluations using up-to-date processes and procedures. You must possess excellent communication and organization skills, a strong understanding of technology services and products, and be familiar with the latest office equipment and software. You should also be able to develop productive relationships with our technology partners to ensure that the workplace remains a safe, efficient, and productive environment for staff. Additionally, you must empathize with employees and their needs to ensure their satisfaction and productivity in the workplace. In addition to office services, you will independently complete projects based on your knowledge and initiative.
