Additionally, you will identify key drivers of user engagement, user retention, and conversion behavior, and use this understanding to generate actionable insights to improve our user experience. You will partner with other internal teams to use data to design and measure campaigns, analyze competitors, and develop strategies for user behavior. You will utilize a range of analytic tools to present complex data in a meaningful way. You will also optimize conversion journeys to drive customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty. We are looking for applicants who have a degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Math, Computer Science, Statistics or Business, or equivalent experience. Ideally, you will have 2+ years of experience in a web analytics role, as well as experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Big Data.
