What you will accomplish:
Lead and oversee multiple initiative portfolios across product and technology, ensuring TPMs deliver on execution excellence and business impact.
Build and lead a high-performing TPM/PMO team, coaching senior ICs and managers, and creating clear growth paths that strengthen the TPM craft across the org
Drive org-wide planning and execution processes, ensuring strategic alignment and resource investment across priorities.
Build and lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic value delivery.
Establish consistent frameworks for status reporting, risk management, roadmap planning, and execution health.
Own the operational narrative at the leadership level, synthesizing cross-domain delivery health, risks, and tradeoff recommendations for VPs and the C-suite
Serve as a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders, helping resolve escalations and ensure cross-functional coordination at scale.
Advocate for customer impact and business value, holding teams accountable to deliver outcomes—not just output.
Implement program management methodologies and technical governance structures that lead to orders of magnitude improvements in execution speed and reliability for global-scale initiatives
Shape and evolve TPM team practices, tooling, and operating models to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Represent TPM function in exec forums, surfacing insights, driving decisions, and creating visibility for the team’s impact.
What you will bring:
10+ years of TPM experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or people management role.
Proven ability to lead large-scale programs and TPM teams across multiple domains.
Deep, practical experience in managing complex, multi-faceted project portfolios, including strategic prioritization, resource optimization, and benefit realization
The ability to define clear paths forward and drive execution in situations of extreme, unprecedented ambiguity and interconnected complexity.
Strong technical fluency and ability to guide architectural discussions and engineering tradeoffs.
Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience influencing VP+ stakeholders.
Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control at the enterprise portfolio level, optimizing ROI

What you'll be doing:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for material management processes supporting data center infrastructure hardware across its full lifecycle.
Be responsible for the planning and execution of operational hardware sparing strategies to ensure availability and minimal downtime.
Own the end-of-life (EOL) management process for infrastructure hardware, including decommission planning and material disposition.
Ensure inventory accuracy through ongoing audits, reconciliation processes, and alignment with data center operational needs.
Apply ABC inventory classification methodology to prioritize and optimize stock levels based on usage, cost, and criticality.
Maintain and improve material planning models to support forecasting and capacity planning initiatives.
Analyze data trends to drive continuous improvements in inventory optimization, cost control, and operational efficiency.
What we need to see:
12+ years of experience in material management, inventory operations, or hardware lifecycle support within data center infrastructure, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
Solid grasp of data center hardware components (servers, networking, storage, etc.) and their lifecycle (deployment, sparing, EOL).
Demonstrable experience with inventory control practices, including ABC classification, stock audits, and accuracy initiatives.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills; attention to detail is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Prepare and/or review detailed tax workpapers of US international aspects of the tax return (eg.,5471, 8858, 1118 (FTC), 8991(BEAT), 8992 (GILTI), 8993 (FDII), E&P).
Prepare and/or review withholding tax compliance (eg Form 1042/1042-S) including performing analysis of payment to foreign vendors, review/validate foreign vendor documentation.
Manage PFIC status for foreign investments, proactively liaising with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information.
Oversee US international tax aspects of quarterly and year end provision.
