Assist with developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, stowing, cataloguing and shipping
Support testing or pilot programs for new tools, systems, or operational workflows in the incubation environment

- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and a SOX control environment.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Liaise with Global Business Service teams to ensure that offshore processes are running smoothly, that work is reviewed and that issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with Teva’s internal controls and SOX requirements, and lead remediation efforts where needed.
- Prepare and analyze weekly cash flow reports and quarterly cash flow forecasts.
- Manage liquidity and payment processes, ensuring adequate funding for business operations.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Commercial Finance teams to provide insights into cash flow trends, working capital optimization, and financial risks.
- Act as a key liaison with corporate treasury and corporate accounting teams to align policies, reporting standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate yearly transfer pricing activities with cross-functional teams while ensuring that information is complete and accurate.
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting and treasury processes, leveraging automation and system enhancements (e.g., SAP, Vistex, etc.).
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties, reporting and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA and or MBA required
- Experience Required: Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and treasury functions. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an asset.
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with treasury operations, cash forecasting, and banking activities.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with BI and related tools/systems.
- Travel Requirements: 5-10%

Data Warehouse Architect to join our Data Analytics team and further scale our data driven company.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Data Engineering and Analytics to enable our end users to make the most of our data. You will handle data from all areas of the company and modeling that data using data modeling techniques, and succeed through the following responsibilities:
Business Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather and document complex business requirements translating business needs into technical concepts.
- Become a subject matter expert to support all business segments in defining data products.
Data Modeling & Transformation
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and reusable data models using best practice modeling techniques (Conceptual, Logical, Physical) within the data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL transformations to clean, aggregate, and enrich data, turning it into analysis-ready datasets leveraging dbt.
- Optimize existing data models and queries for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
Data Pipeline & Orchestration
- Build and maintain reliable data pipelines in collaboration with data engineering to move data from source systems and then transform it into curated datasets
- Utilize orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) to schedule, monitor, and manage data transformation workflows.
- Manage and support our dbt environment and workflows
Data Quality & Governance
- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data.
- Define and enforce data governance best practices, including data definitions, lineage, and access controls.
Enabling Data Democratization and Self-Service Analytics
- Curate and prepare datasets specifically designed for consumption by data analysts, business users, and data scientists.
- Develop and maintain semantic layers that provide a consistent and easy-to-understand view of key metrics and dimensions.
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in an Analytics Engineering role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Strong proficiency with dbt
- Expert modeling skills: Vault 2.0, 3NF, Dimensional Modeling, etc.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks)
- Experience with git and CI/CD deployments
- Experience with Python and Docker
- Experience with dbt-Elementary or Great Expectations is preferred
- Experience with dbt-Osmosis or Great Expectations is preferred
- Ability to communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders in a timely manner and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with BI Tools (Looker or Preset) is a plus

As a key member of our Discovery Biology – New Targets team, you will play a vital role in early-stage biologics R&D. Your responsibilities will include:• Conduct hands-on laboratory research to support therapeutic antibody discovery and validation

• Familiarity with cell-based analytical assays using techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA (AlphaLISA, MSD or equivalent) and functional cell-based assays (e.g. proliferation, cytokine stimulation, fluorescent reporter systems)
• Familiarity with fundamental pharmacology, including dose-response analysis and basic statistical methods
• Knowledge of molecular and protein biology techniques (e.g., transfection, protein expression and purification) is advantageous
• Experience in immunology, cell biology, or pharmacology is highly regarded
