They work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs of the users and design user-centered solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing. They use a variety of design tools and techniques, such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to communicate their ideas and gather feedback. UX/UI Designers are responsible for conducting research, such as user interviews and usability testing, to understand the needs and behaviours of the users and ensure that the design meets their needs. They also create design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across different platforms and devices. They also have experience with design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD and Figma, and have a good understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.
